Summer 2004 Ken Marino & David Wain write THE TEN

Summer 2005 Marino & Wain work with Jon Stern on the shoot of DIGGERS (written by & starring Marino, co produced by Stern, exec produced by Wain)

Winter 2005/06 Marino/Wain/Stern join forces with Paul Rudd to produce The Ten together

May 2006 City Lights joins as financing/producing entity. Cast and crew take shape, preproduction begins.
